Fertility Score ("we", "our", "the app") is a men's fertility tracking application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.
1. Anonymous accounts
By default, Fertility Score works with an anonymous account tied to a device-generated identifier. We do not require your name, email, or phone number to use the app. No real-world identity is associated with your account unless you voluntarily provide it.
2. Data we store
- Profile: height, weight, BMI, birth year (optional).
- Daily logs: nutrition entries, lifestyle factors, weight history.
- Computed scores: your fertility and cycle scores derived from inputs.
- Device data: anonymous device identifier, app version, iOS version, crash diagnostics.
We do not collect contacts, photos, location, or health data from HealthKit.
3. Where your data lives
Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase (EU region) and transmitted over TLS. Subscription and purchase state is managed by Adapty and Apple's App Store — we never see or store your payment details.
4. Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive only the subscription status (active / expired / trial) and the anonymized product identifier, via Adapty. We do not receive your Apple ID, credit card, or billing address.
5. Analytics & crash reporting
We use aggregated, anonymized analytics to understand feature usage and fix bugs. No personally identifying information is included.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share only with the infrastructure providers listed above (Supabase, Adapty, Apple) strictly to operate the service.
7. Your rights
You can reset your account at any time from Profile → Reset Account, which disconnects your device from its data. To request permanent deletion of server-side records, email taskinmlh@gmail.com with your device-generated account ID.
8. Children
Fertility Score is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Material changes will be announced in the app.
