How does Fertility Score calculate my score?

Your score combines daily lifestyle inputs (nutrition, weight, activity, sleep) weighted against peer-reviewed research on male fertility. Unlike daily snapshot apps, we track the full 72-day spermatogenesis cycle so changes you make today show impact over weeks.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Fertility Score.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions from any device signed in with your Apple ID.

How do I get a refund?

All refunds go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund on the Fertility Score charge.

I reset my device — can I recover my data?

Accounts are anonymous and tied to the device. If you've lost access, email us with the approximate account creation date and we'll do our best to help — though recovery is not always possible by design (this is what makes the app privacy-first).

Is Fertility Score a medical app?

No. Fertility Score is a lifestyle and wellness tracker. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for fertility concerns.

Do you support Android?

Not yet. Fertility Score is iOS-only for now.
