These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fertility Score. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Fertility Score is a lifestyle and wellness tracking application focused on male fertility indicators across the 72-day spermatogenesis cycle. It provides scores, trends, and educational content based on information you enter.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Fertility Score.
3. Accounts
Accounts are anonymous and tied to your device. You are responsible for the device on which the app is installed. Resetting or losing your device may permanently sever access to your data.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Fertility Score offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) billed through your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the displayed price.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Free trial periods (if offered) convert automatically to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. You will not use the app to harm others or violate applicable laws.
6. Content
Data you enter remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the app's features.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of scores, or specific fertility outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fertility Score and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
